Import Duties & Customs Fees

Please note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in the item or shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Made-to-order items can only be canceled if printing has yet to begin. Once printing starts, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return the item after delivery if it meets our return criteria.

All other items can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible, but you can return the item after delivery if it meets our return criteria. 

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect; in those cases, we’ve got you covered.

For exchanges, please send the original item back following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo at hello@corporatesnark.shop. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

If they are not able to track down the package email us at hello@corporatesnark.shop for assistance.

If your package has not arrived, please contact Corporate Snark within 30 days of the shipment date so we can investigate the issue and file a claim with the carrier if needed.

Claims for lost or missing packages reported after 30 days from the shipment date will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please allow processing + shipping time for your order.

All our items are made to order, with most shipping within 1-3 business days.

Occasionally, some items may take up to 5 business days to print. Please account for both printing and shipping times when expecting your order.

Please note that shipping times vary by location and product and items may ship separately and have different shipping time frames.

U.S. Orders: $5.99 flat rate

International Orders: Flat rate shipping rates will be displayed at checkout depending on your location.

Imperfect & Clearance Items

All imperfect and clearance items are final sale.
No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. These items are discounted due to cosmetic flaws or closeout items, which are clearly disclosed in the product listing.
