After I placed my order, the company got in touch with me to discuss the Canada Post strike and offered to refund my money as they could not guarantee who would be picking up my order at the boarder. I decided to stick with the order as the sweater is perfection and I’m so glad I did. I received my sweater today (even though I was not expecting it until after the holidays) and I can’t wait to wear it to my staff Christmas meeting. 10/10 for customer service and quality.
