Shipping policy
Processing Timeline:
- Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
- Some items are made to order and typically ship in 2-3 business days (4-5 business days during the holiday season).
- Monthly Mail Club subscriptions ship the last week of each month.
Delivery Times:
- U.S. Orders: Usually arrive in 3–7 business days.
- International Orders: Typically arrive in 1–2 weeks after fulfillment, depending on location (some locations can take up to 30 business days).
- You may receive multiple packages if your order contains items from different print facilities. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as each item ships.
- Mail club letters typically arrive within 1-2 weeks in the United States and 2-4 weeks internationally.

Shipping Rates:
- U.S. Orders: $5.99 flat rate
- International Orders: Flat rate shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Import Duties & Customs Fees
Please note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in the item or shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if printing has yet to begin. Once printing starts, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return the item after delivery if it meets our return criteria.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect—in those cases, we’ve got you covered.
For exchanges, please send the original item back following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
*All returns and exchanges must be approved.
Do not send items back without contacting us first for a return address—unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Personalized Products:
- Personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Digital Download Products:
- Digital items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo at hello@corporatesnark.shop. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at hello@corporatesnark.shop.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
If they are not able to track down the package email us at hello@corporatesnark.shop for assistance.
If your package has not arrived, please contact Corporate Snark within 30 days of the shipment date so we can investigate the issue and file a claim with the carrier if needed. Claims for lost or missing packages reported after 30 days from the shipment date will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
