Returns & Exchanges:

Some of our items are made to order and orders can only be canceled if printing hasn’t begun. Once printing starts, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return the item after delivery if it meets our return criteria.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo at hello@corporatesnark.shop We’ll replace it or issue a refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.
