Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect—in those cases, we’ve got you covered.
For exchanges, please send the original item back following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Do not send items back without contacting us first for a return address. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Imperfect & Clearance Items
All imperfect and clearance items are final sale.
No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. These items are discounted due to cosmetic flaws or closeout items, which are clearly disclosed in the product listing.
Personalized Products:
Personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Digital Download Products:
Digital items are non-returnable.
Order Cancellations:
Some of our items are made to order and orders can only be canceled if printing hasn’t begun. Once printing starts, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return the item after delivery if it meets our return criteria.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo at corporatesnark@gmail.com. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.
